Tent was purchased new in 2006 and only used 6 times (during at the AirVenture convention). No mold, mildew, leaks, rips or tears. Complete. Excellent condition.
This is a full-sized cabin tent with a footprint of 9.6' x 13.6' and headspace of 7'.
I store the tent in a plastic Rubbermaid container and have washed/cleaned/dried it prior to storage each year. Right now there are some tree seeds in the tent which blew-in during the photoshoot.
